I love Garlic !
I love it in cooking and I love its natural shape.
The skin that envelopes the cloves comes in so many different shades and as it goes from fresh/soft to crisp when it dries, so many fine layers become apparent !
as if Nature was trying to wrap each clove
in tissue paper !
